钟一棠治疗肺系疾病的临证经验

Clinical experience of ZHONG Yi-tang in treating pulmonary diseases

钟一棠老师乃宁波钟氏内科传承人,在继承前人经验的同时,在肺系疾病诊治中有诸多创见。钟老重视气血与肺系疾病的关系,强调扶正祛邪兼顾、整体辨证、杂合以治,用药轻灵而精简、辨证细、立法准、疗效捷。治疗肺结核大咯血等危重症时,以益气固脱救急为要,病势稍缓后再气血同治、攻补兼施;治疗肺脓肿高热等急症之时,用药甘凉轻清,强调随其所得而攻其邪薮;治疗慢性顽固咳嗽时倡调气、调神之法。

Professor ZHONG Yi-tang is the inheritor of Ningbo ZHONGs’ Internal Medicine. While inheriting the experience of predecessors, he has many creative ideas in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary diseases. He attached great importance to the relationship between qi and blood and pulmonary diseases. He emphasized the balance of supporting the healthy and dispelling the evil, the overall perspective of diagnosis, comprehensive treatment. His medicine is simple and light, diagnosis is meticulous, treatment method is accurate, curative effect is rapid. In the treatment of tuberculosis, hemoptysis and other critical diseases, it is necessary to replenish qi for emergency, and then treat qi and blood as well as aetiological treatment when the disease is slightly eased. When treating acute diseases such as lung abscess and high fever, the dosage of medicine is precise, and the targeted treatment of pathological products is emphasized. In the meantime, the method of regulating the movement of qi and spirit is advocated when treating chronic stubborn cough.
