中医四诊合参客观化研究思考

Thinking on the objective research of the four-diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine

中医四诊合参是中医诊断中最重要的思想,将中医四诊进行融合研究是中医诊断现代化的必然发展趋势。近年来,得益于现代科技的发展和人工智能的引入,中医诊断客观化研究取得了不错的进展。但大部分研究成果都是实现单一诊法的客观化,在应用中并不能发挥四诊合参的优势。文章通过梳理四诊合参方法、四诊合参在病证诊断中的应用以及四诊采集设备集成、四诊数据智能化融合分析等方面的研究,总结了这一领域还存在的问题并提出解决办法。

Four diagnosis integration is the most important thought in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) diagnosis.Therefore, it is an inevitable modernization trend for the TCM diagnosis to carry out integrated research on the four diagnosis.In recent years, thanks to the development of modern technology and the introduction of artificial intelligence technology, great progress has been made in the TCM diagnosis. However, most of the research results are to achieve the objectification of a single diagnosis. In the application, it can not play the advantages of four diagnosis integration. Based on the research in recent years, the four diagnostic methods were combed, the application of the four diagnostic methods in the diagnosis of diseases and syndromes was combed, the integration of the four diagnostic collection equipment and the intelligent fusion analysis of the four diagnostic data were combed, etc.. The problems that still exist in this field were summarized and solutions were proposed.
