摘要
针灸治未病是由古至今践行中医治未病理念的典型疗法之一。文章主要总结论述针灸治未病的历史渊源、古今应用、作用机制,对比分析了针灸治未病古今应用的异同;提出从良性预应激、神经-内分泌-免疫网络调节、稳态调节等角度探讨针灸治未病的作用机制;指出"传承经典理论、明确临床疗效、揭示科学机制、创新新兴工具"可能是针灸治未病未来发展的重要方向。
Preventive treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion is one of the typical therapies in traditional Chinese medicine that have been practiced since ancient times. This paper is written to summarize the origin, application and mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in preventive treatment. It proposed the hypothesis including pre-eustress, neuro-endocrine-immune regulation, and homeostasis to uncover the mechanism. It also pointed out that ‘inheriting the classical theory, clarifying the clinical effect, revealing the scientific mechanism and innovating the new tools’ might be the important direction for the future development of acupuncture and moxibustion in preventive treatment.
