山蜡梅叶化学成分、药理作用及临床应用研究进展

Research progress on chemical composition, preparation, pharmacological action and clinical application of Chimonanthus Nitens Folium

山蜡梅叶(Chimonanthus Nitens Folium)是江西省习用的道地药材,为蜡梅科蜡梅属山蜡梅Chimonanthus nitens Oliv.的干燥叶,具有清热解表、祛风解毒之功,常用于风热感冒。其化学成分主要有挥发油、生物碱和黄酮类等物质,有抗痴呆、抗氧化、降脂、降血糖等功效,开发而成的制剂有山蜡梅叶颗粒、山蜡梅叶片、山蜡梅叶胶囊等,临床应用疗效明确。文章对山蜡梅叶近20年的研究进行文献阐述,主要包括化学成分、制剂研究、药理作用及临床应用,以期为山蜡梅叶的进一步研究和深度挖掘提供依据。

Traditional Chinese medicine Chimonanthus Nitens Folium, a genuine medicinal material in Jiangxi province,which is the dried leaves of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv.. With clearing away heat and relieving exterior, expelling wind and detoxification, it often used for clearing away heat. Its chemical components are mainly included volatile oil, alkaloids, flavonoids and other components, which have anti dementia, anti-oxidation, lipid-lowering and hypoglycemic effects. The developed preparations include Chimonanthus Nitens Folium Granules, Chimonanthus Nitens Folium Tablets, Chimonanthus Nitens Folium Capsules, etc, with definite clinical application effect. In this paper, the research of Chimonanthus Nitens Folium in the past 20 years was reviewed, mainly including chemical composition, preparation research, pharmacological action and clinical application,in order to provide basis for further research and deep excavation of the Chimonanthus Nitens Folium.
