血小板活化机制及调节血小板中药的研究进展 被引量:10

Research progress on the mechanism of platelet activation and related regulatory drugs from Chinese materia medica

摘要 血小板生理病理性变化是造成心血管疾病主要因素之一,抗血小板的相关研究已经成为当前研究心血管疾病的热点。在血小板活化、聚集等过程中,与血栓和炎症反应息息相关,而且其调控机制复杂、药物的作用靶点繁多。临床上,中药的抗血小板作用显著,以及近年中药干预血小板活化与聚集的基础研究也取得了一定成果。文章中主要整理了血小板活化、聚集时常见的调控机制和传统的中药在以血小板为靶点时治疗心血管疾病的研究成果,其中主要为MAPK、PI3K、SFK等机制调控,调节血小板中药以川芎、人参、丹参等研究居多。 Physiological and pathological changes of platelets are one of the main factors causing cardiovascular disease. Anti-platelet related research has become a hot spot in the current research on cardiovascular disease. On the process of platelet activation and aggregation, it is closely related to thrombosis and inflammation, and its regulatory mechanism is relatively complicated, and there are many targets for drugs. Clinically, the antiplatelet effect of Chinese materia medica is significant, and in recent years, more and more achievements have been made in the basic research of Chinese materia medica intervention in platelet activation and aggregation. Therefore, the author mainly summarized the common regulatory mechanism of platelet activation and aggregation, as well as the research progress of Chinese materia medica on the treatment of cardiovascular diseases by targeting platelet. The researches of MAPK, PI3K, SFK regulatory mechanism and the regulating platelets’ Chinese materia medica such as Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Ginseng, Salvia miltiorrhiza are the main research direction.
