Discussion on the evolution of warm acupuncture and moxibustion technique

温针灸是将针刺与艾灸密切结合的中医特色疗法之一,其作用机制是在针刺作用的基础上配合艾灸的温热效应,增强对腧穴的刺激以发挥针和灸的双重功效。温针经历代医家不断的继承与发展,其理论逐渐成熟完善。文章通过整理古今文献对温针灸的记载,简述温针灸技术形成与发展的演变过程,以及近现代医家对其的临床应用与研究,为临床治疗提供有益借鉴。

Warm acupuncture and moxibustion technique combines acupuncture and moxibustion closely. The mechanism of warm acupuncture and moxibustion technique is to enhance the stimulation of acupoints on the basis of acupuncture combined with the warm effect of moxibustion, so as to give full play to the dual effects of acupuncture and moxibustion. With the continuous inheritance and development of later generations of physicians, its theory is gradually mature and perfect. In this paper,through sorting out the ancient and modern literature records of warm acupuncture and moxibustion, the evolution process of the formation and development of warm acupuncture and moxibustion technology, as well as the clinical application and research of modern doctors, to provide useful reference for clinical treatment.
