连翘与连翘叶总提物及其肠道菌群转化液对表皮葡萄菌的抗菌活性研究 被引量:6

Study on the antibacterial activity of total extracts of Forsythiae Fructus and total extracts of Forsythia suspensa leaves and their intestinal flora transformation liquid against Staphylococcus epidermidis

摘要 目的:从体外抗菌实验探究连翘与连翘叶总提取物及两者肠道菌群转化液对表皮葡萄球菌的抗菌作用。方法:使用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测肠道菌群转化液的转化程度及连翘苷、连翘酯苷A、芦丁的含量,采用倍比稀释法、平板抑菌法、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)检测法、最低杀菌浓度(MBC)检测法比较4种药液抗菌活性的强弱。结果:4种药液对表皮葡萄球菌的MIC:连翘总提物为0.2000mg/mL,连翘叶总提物为0.1000mg/mL,连翘肠道菌转化液为0.1000mg/mL,连翘叶肠道菌转化液为0.0500mg/mL;MBC:连翘总提物为0.9990mg/mL,连翘叶总提物为0.6660mg/mL,连翘肠道菌转化液为0.6660mg/mL,连翘叶肠道菌转化液为0.4440mg/mL。结论:4种药液对表皮葡萄球菌均具有抗菌作用,连翘叶总提物抗菌作用优于连翘总提物,经过肠道菌转化后的药液抗菌活性更好。 Objective: The antibacterial effect of total extracts of Forsythiae Fructus and Forsythia suspensa leaves and their intestinal flora transformation liquid on staphylococcus epidermidis(SE) is investigated from in vitro antibacterial experiments. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to detect the transformation degree of intestinal flora transformation solution and the contents of phillyrin, forsythiaside A and rutin. The antimicrobial activities of the four drugs were compared by the method of multiple dilution, plate bacteriostasis method, minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC) detection method, minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) detection method and other methods. Results: MIC of four drugs to SE were 0.2000 mg/mL for total extract of Forsythiae Fructus, 0.1000 mg/mL for total extract of Forsythia suspensa leaves,0.1000 mg/mL for Forsythia suspensa intestinal bacteria transformation liquid, 0.0500 mg/mL Forsythia suspensa leaves intestinal bacteria transformation liquid. MBC of four drugs to SE were 0.9990 mg/mL for total extract of Forsythiae Fructus, 0.6660 mg/m L for total extract of Forsythia suspensa leaves, 0.6660 mg/mL for Forsythiae Fructus intestinal bacteria transformation liquid,0.4440 mg/mL Forsythia suspensa leaves intestinal bacteria transformation liquid. Conclusion: All four drugs had antibacterial effect on SE and the antibacterial effect of total extract of Forsythia suspensa leaves were better than that of total extract of Forsythia suspensa and the antibacterial activity of drugs was better after the conversion liquid of intestinal bacteria.
