摘要
传统认为肝只有"藏血"和"疏泄"两个功能,肝在"化生血气"方面的重要作用常常被忽略。文章从"肝生血气"的理论探源、"血气"的内涵和生理功能3个方面进行了探讨,以传承和发扬《黄帝内经》中医理论,守正创新,为临床实践提供新参考和指导。
The traditional view is that the liver has only two functions of ‘storing blood’ and ‘draining blood’ while the important role of the liver in ‘generating blood and qi’ is often neglected. The theoretical origin of ‘liver produces blood and qi’, the connotation and physiological function of ‘blood and qi’ were discussed, so as to inherit and carry forward the theory of traditional Chinese medicine in Huangdi Neijing, keep correct and bring forth new ideas, and provide new reference and guidance for clinical practice.
