整体观念是中医学理论的重要特色之一,体现了局部和整体的辩证统一,作为整体观念的一部分,中医机体内环境学说把人当做一个整体,阴阳平衡是其核心,五脏一体观和形神一体观是其主要内容,而肿瘤是一种局部属实,整体属虚的全身性疾病,与人体内环境阴阳失衡关系密切。因此,不论是研究肿瘤的病因病机,还是探寻肿瘤的防治方法,都要深刻理解机体内环境和肿瘤之间的关系,为进一步探求机体内环境与肿瘤微环境的相关关系提供参考依据和理论基础。

Holistic concept is one of the important characteristics of TCM theory, which embodies the dialectical unity of part and whole. As a part of holistic concept, TCM internal environment theory regards human as a whole, with the balance of yin and yang as its core, and the concept of five viscera and body spirit as its main content. Cancer is a localized disease, which is a whole body of virtual diseases. It is closely related to the imbalance of yin and yang in the human body. Therefore, whether it is to study the etiology and pathogenesis of tumor, or to explore the prevention and treatment methods of tumor, we should deeply understand the relationship between the internal environment and tumor, and provide reference and theoretical basis for further exploring the mystery of the relationship between the internal environment and tumor microenvironment.
