国医大师梅国强临证合方经验探微

Experience of TCM master MEI Guo-qiang on the combination of prescription

国医大师、全国知名伤寒学家梅国强教授从事中医教学、科研、临床工作近60载,临证经验丰富,遣方用药严谨,临床疗效显著。梅老处方常采取合方的形式,其合方思路和经验值得借鉴。文章从合方原则、合方形式、合方思路3个方面总结了国医大师梅国强教授临证合方经验。合方原则依据上下病情歧异、脏腑病变不同、兼病兼证明显、表里寒热不一;合方形式有经方合经方、经方合时方、经方合经验方、时方合时方、时方合经验方;合方思路需关注病因病机演变、重视治疗方法相应、把握主方主药关键。

Professor MEI Guo-qiang, a master of Chinese medicine and a well-known exogenous febrile disease scholar in China, has been engaged in teaching, scientific research and clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine for about 60 years. He has abundant experience in clinic, rigorous prescription and medication, and remarkable clinical effect. Moreover,he often takes the form of combination of prescriptions in treatment, which is worth learning from. This paper summarizes professor MEI Guo-qiang’s experience of the combination from three aspects: principle, form and train of thought. The principle of combining prescriptions includes the different diseases of upper and lower, the disaccord of zang-fu viscera, the obvious subordinate symptoms and syndromes, and the inconformity of cold and heat inside and outside the body;The forms of combining prescriptions include the combination of classical prescription and classical prescription, the combination of classical prescription and current prescriptions, the combination of classical prescription and empirical formula, the combination of current prescriptions and current prescriptions, the combination of current prescriptions and empirical formula;The combination of prescriptions should pay attention to the evolution of etiology and pathogenesis, pay attention to the corresponding treatment methods, and grasp the key of main prescription and main medicine.
