中西医结合辨治原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤经验

Experience in treating primary central nervous system lymphoma with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine

原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤是一种罕见的脑部原发性恶性肿瘤,其发病部位局限,预后较差。李仝教授认为,其发病与正气内虚、脾虚肝郁密切相关,疾病发展到后期多为正气不足,脾肾亏虚,阳虚寒凝,瘀毒互结。在治疗方面,虽然病例数较少,但李仝教授采取的中西医结合治疗往往取得良效,根据不同时期采取相应的中西医结合治疗方案,可以达到延长患者的生存时间、提高患者生活质量的目的。

Primary central nervous system lymphoma(PCNSL) is a rare malignancy which limited to the brain and has poor prognosis. Professor LI Tong believes that the cause of disease is closely related to the interior deficiency of the vital qi, liver,depression and spleen deficiency. As the disease progresses, the cause of the disease become difficiency of the vital qi, spleen and kidney deficiency, yang deficiency and cold coagulation, phlegm and blood stasis. In terms of treatment, professor LI Tong advocated integrated treatment of Chinese and Western medicine according to the patients’ peculiar situation, in order to prolong the patients’ survival time and improve the quality of patients’ life, and often gets good results.
