朱仁康辨治白屑风经验初探

ZHU Ren-kang’s experience in treating seborrheic dermatitis

白屑风是一种好发于头面部位的皮肤病,具有病程较长、容易反复、可急性发作等特点。朱仁康老先生认为,风邪贯穿于白屑风发生、发展的过程之中,因此治疗应从"风"入手,临床上采用局部皮损辨证和整体辨证相结合的方法进行分证论治,常采用凉血消风散、利湿清热方、滋阴除湿汤及当归饮子等治疗本病,取得了较为满意的临床疗效。文章就朱仁康老先生治疗白屑风的学术思想和临床经验进行了梳理总结,旨在为临床治疗白屑风提供思路。

Seborrheic dermatitis is a kind of dermatosis which is prone to occur on the head and face, has long course of disease, easy to repeat, and can be acute. ZHU Ren-kang believes that, pathogenic wind plays an important role in occurrence and development of seborrheic dermatitis, including external-wind and internal-wind. Accordingly, the treatment should focus on pathogenic wind, and determination of treatment should base on the combination of cutaneous lesion syndrome differentiation and whole syndrome differentiation. Treated with Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder, Lishi Qingre Formula, Ziyin Chushi Decoction and Danggui Yinzi have been achieved good effects. This paper summarized ZHU Ren-kang’s academic thoughts and clinical experience in treating seborrheic dermatitis, purpose to provide ideas for treating seborrheic dermatitis by traditional Chinese medicine.
