相须相使的当归药对在肺病中的应用

Clinical application of Danggui couplet medicines in treating lung diseases based on the theory of mutual promotion and mutual assistance

七情系中药配伍运用的最早法则,相须、相使乃药物七情配伍之"良"者,药对是七情配伍中除却单行之集中体现。文章基于相须相使理论,系统论述王成祥教授治疗肺病的常用当归药对的临床运用规律。其中,相须者可配伍黄芪、丹参、熟地黄、白芍;分别用于治疗气血亏虚兼血瘀型特发性肺纤维化、正虚热毒内蕴日久型支气管扩张,血虚血瘀型特发性肺纤维化,血虚肾亏型久咳久喘,阴血亏虚型咳嗽变异性哮喘、夜咳甚不能寐者。相使者可配伍仙鹤草、红景天、金荞麦、白鲜皮,分别用于治疗气虚血瘀型慢性阻塞性肺疾病、瘀阻肺络型慢性阻塞性肺疾病、痰热瘀肺型支气管扩张症、内外风兼有之哮喘。文章总结王教授治疗肺病的常用当归药对经验,以期为相关肺病的治疗提供借鉴。

Seven features of compatibility are the earliest rules of Chinese medicine compatibility. Mutual promotion and mutual assistance are the beneficial Chinese medicine compatibility of seven features of compatibility. The couplet medicines is the concentrated expression of seven features of compatibility in addition to using a single herb. This article systematically discusses the clinical application rule of the commonly used Danggui couplet medicines used by professor WANG Chengxiang based on the theory of mutual promotion and mutual assistance to treat lung diseases. The commonly used Danggui mutual promotion couplet medicines can be compatible with Huangqi, Danshen, Shoudihuang, Baishao;and separately treat for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with syndromes of deficiency of qi and blood with blood stasis, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with syndromes of blood deficiency and blood stasis/positive deficiency, heat toxin and chronic bronchiectasis, chronic cough and panting with syndromes of blood deficiency and kidney deficiency, cough variant asthma with syndromes of deficiency of yin and blood and coughing worsens at night even unable to sleep. The commonly used Danggui mutual assistance couplet medicines can be compatible with Xianhecao, Hongjingtian, Jinqiaomai, Baixianpi;and separately treat for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with blood stasis of lung collaterals syndrome, bronchiectasis with phlegm-heat and blood stasis of lung syndrome, asthma with internal and external wind syndrome.This article summarizes professor WANG’s experience of common use of Danggui couplet medicines in treating lung diseases,and hoping to provide reference for the treatment of the related lung diseases.
