“风药开玄”在糖尿病治疗中的应用

Application of ‘wind medicine Kaixuan’ in the treatment of diabetes

糖尿病属中医"消渴病"范畴,依据玄府理论,因玄府密闭、郁塞不通,致气、血、津、液的升降出入障碍、水液不布是糖尿病发生、发展的关键所在。文章试从玄府气郁、水瘀、血瘀、亏虚方面阐述糖尿病发病与玄府的相关性,利用风药"升浮、发散、透达、走窜、胜湿"的性能,提出理气开玄、利水开玄、活血开玄、补虚开玄的治疗方法,丰富玄府理论在糖尿病诊治中的理论体系,以期更好地指导临床。

Diabetes belongs to the category of ‘consumptive thirst’ in traditional Chinese medicine. According to the Xuanfu theory, if the Xuanfu orifice is tightly closed and the occlusion is not smooth, lead to the movement of the qi, blood,body fluid in the body rise and fall or lift in and out of barriers and liquid dispersion obstacle, which is the key to the occurrence and development of diabetes. This article attempts to explain the correlation between diabetes and Xuanfu from the aspects of qi stasis, water stasis, blood stasis, and deficiency of Xuanfu. And utilize the properties of ‘rise and float, divergence, penetration,drift, eliminate dampness’ that wind medicine has, proposes the treatment methods of regulating qi-flowing for kaixuan, inducing diuresis for kaixuan, promoting blood circulation for kaixuan, tonify deficiency for tongxuan, it is hope to enrich the theoretical system of Xuanfu theory in the diagnosis and treatment to diabetes, in order to better guide the clinic.
