针刺得气的客观化研究概况

Current situation of objectification research on acupuncture arrival of qi

得气是提高针刺疗效的重要保障,文章通过总结目前针刺得气客观化的研究结果,对目前的得气客观化技术进行梳理总结。目前的针刺得气客观化研究主要关注穴位局部、中枢2个方面,相关技术以超声、红外热成像、核磁共振成像为主。针刺得气效应研究可从以下4个方面进行尝试:开展实时动态多靶点检测、关注得气客观检测结果与疗效之间的对应关系、促进穴-病-法联合研究、探讨针刺得气与脑功能的变化,以更全面了解得气效应并指导临床实践,阐释针刺调神的科学内涵。

Arrival of qi is an important guarantee to improve the curative effect of acupuncture. By summarizing the current research results of objectification of arrival of qi, this paper summarizes the current objectification technology of arrival of qi. It is pointed out that the current objective research of acupuncture arrival of qi mainly focuses on the local and central, and the related technologies are mainly ultrasound, infrared thermal imaging and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging. The study of arrival of qi effect of acupuncture can be attempted from the following four aspects: developing real-time dynamic multi-target detection, paying attention to the corresponding relationship between objective detection results and curative effect of arrival of qi,promoting the joint study of acupoint-disease-method, and exploring the changes of acupuncture arrival of qi and brain function,so as to more comprehensively understand arrival of qi effect, guide clinical practice, and explain the scientific connotation of acupuncture mind regulating.
