摘要
近年来国内外对菊苣酸的研究热度逐年升高,主要研究领域集中在其生物活性与药理作用的探索。本研究团队在菊苣酸的抗病毒研究中,首次发现了其有强效的抗呼吸道合胞病毒活性作用,申请了发明专利并获得了国家科技重大新药创制专项的支持。文章通过统计分析菊苣酸相关文献,全面汇总了菊苣酸的国内外研究进展,讨论了菊苣酸研究的潜在领域与发展方向,以期为菊苣酸的后续开发与研究提供参考。
In recent years, research on chicoric acid has been on the rise worldwide. The main areas of research have been in its biological activity and pharmacological effect. During the antiviral research of chicoric acid, our team discovered for the first time its potent anti-respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) activity, for which a patent for invention has been applied, and which has gained support by the National Science and Technology Project of Major New Drug Development. This article summarizes the research progress of chicoric acid in and outside of China through statistical analysis of relevant literatures, and discusses the potential research fields and development direction in the future, with a view to providing reference for follow-up development and research.
