摘要
人身以气血为本,脾胃化生气血,上注于目,目得气血滋养,神光敏锐,才能视万物。《素问·阴阳应象大论》载:"气属阳、血属阴"。若气血亏虚,则玄府不利,神光郁遏,可导致多种眼科疾病。益气养阴活血利水法是益气养阴中药联合活血利水中药治疗眼科疾病的一种方法,可治疗多种存在气阴两虚、水血互结复杂病机的眼科疾病,如视网膜脱离术后、糖尿病性黄斑水肿、单纯性糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜色素变性等。文章总结了以益气养阴活血利水法治疗部分眼科疾病的实验研究与临床研究,并对其基本原理进行了分析。
The human body is based on qi and blood, the spleen and stomach transform qi and blood, pay attention to the eyes, the eyes are nourished by qi and blood, and the spirit is keen, so that you can see all things. Suwen · Yinyang Yingxiang Dalun described that ‘qi belongs to yang, and blood belongs to yin’. If the qi and blood are deficient, the Xuanfu will be disadvantageous,and Shenguang depression can lead to a variety of eye diseases. The method of benefiting qi for nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation for diuresis is a method for treating ocular diseases with Chinese medicine for nourishing qi and nourishing yin and activating blood circulation and water remedy. It can treat a variety of eye diseases, such as post-retinal detachment, diabetic macular edema, simple diabetic retinopathy, retinitis pigmentosa, etc. This article summarizes the experimental and clinical research on the treatment of some ophthalmic diseases with the method of benefiting qi for nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation for diuresis, and analyzes its basic principles.
