中医证候诊断标准研究现状及方法分析

Research status and method analysis of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome diagnostic criteria

为明析中医证候诊断标准的研究现状,为今后证候研究、证候诊断标准的规范化提供借鉴与参考,笔者检索CNKI、万方、维普、SinoMed,收集已发表的中医证候诊断标准相关研究,提取发表年份、作者分布、地区单位合作情况、研究方向、涉及疾病、涉及证候及研制方法等信息。纳入327篇相关文献,涉及138个证候诊断标准。按疾病类型划分为17类,按证候类型划分为12类。其中,72个证候诊断(定量诊断)标准研究涉及的研制方法共36种。研究结果表明,中医证候规范化研究已取得一定成果,但仍存在证候名称不规范、研制方法不统一、推广应用不到位等问题。

In order to clearly analyze the research status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome diagnostic criteria and provide reference for future syndrome research and standardization of syndrome diagnostic criteria, the author searched CNKI, Wanfang, Weipu and SinoMed, collected published researches on TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria, and extracted information such as publication year, author distribution, cooperation of regional units, research direction, diseases, syndromes and research methods. A total of 327 related documents were included, involving 138 diagnostic criteria of syndromes. It was divided into 17 categories according to disease types and 12 categories according to syndrome types. Among them, 72 standard studies of syndrome diagnosis(quantitative diagnosis) involve 36 research methods. The results show that some achievements have been made in the research of TCM syndrome standardization, but there are still some problems, such as nonstandard syndrome names,disunity of research methods and inadequate popularization and application, and so on.
