基于中医理论探讨银屑病与睡眠障碍的相关性

Discussion on the correlation between psoriasis and sleep disorder based on traditional Chinese medicine theory

银屑病是临床常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病,属身心疾病范畴。银屑病与睡眠障碍有显著的关联性,呈现互相促进的正反馈作用,但既往对此的探讨、应用多有不足。文章阐述了二者的相关性,并从中医理论出发,基于脏腑辨证、八纲辨证、气血津液辨证等理论,从营卫失调、血分异常等角度入手探讨银屑病与睡眠障碍共通的病理机制,探究二者相关性的本质,并探讨银屑病伴睡眠障碍不同病因病机的临床表现及治疗,以期给银屑病的治疗提供新思路。

Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease, which belongs to the category of physical and mental diseases. Psoriasis and sleep disorders have a significant correlation, showing a positive feedback interaction of mutual promotion, but the previous discussion and application of it is insufficient. This paper expounds the correlation between psoriasis and sleep disorder, discusses the common pathological mechanism of the two from the perspectives of disharmony between nutrient qi and defensive qi and xuefen, based on TCM theory of viscera, eight principal, and qi-blood-body fluid, to explore the nature of the correlation between psoriasis and sleep disorder, and to explore the clinical manifestations and treatment of psoriasis with sleep disorders in the hope of providing new ideas for the treatment of psoriasis.
