立德树人理念下高校体育教学环境的营造与优化

Creating and optimizing the college physical education teaching environment based on building morality and cultivating people

高校体育作为五育并举中的重要组成部分,是新时代高校贯彻落实立德树人根本任务的重要培育路径。纵观近年来高校体育教学改革及环境塑造,即德育融合、渗透、协同中,仍存在理论改革不彻底、实践教学不充分、创新体系落实不到位等困境。尝试通过完善协同合作机制、宣导多元体育文化、构建科学评估激励机制等优化策略,促进体育教学与课程思政的同向同频推进,为高校体育教学落实“立德树人”的环境塑造及优化提供有益借鉴。

College physical education,is an important cultivation path to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people in the new era.Looking at the college physical education reform and environment shaping,there are still some difficulties,such as incomplete theoretical reform,insufficient practical teaching and inadequate implementation of innovation system,in the integration,infiltration and coordination of moral education.This paper attempts to promote the co development of physical education teaching and curriculum ideology and politics by improving the coordination and cooperation mechanism,publicizing multi sports culture and building a scientific and incentive mechanism,hoping to provide a useful reference for the shaping and optimization of the environment for the implementation of "building morality and cultivating people" in college physical education.
