“模拟集成电路”课程实验教学改革与实践 被引量:2

摘要 “模拟集成电路”课程不仅需要讲解理论知识,还需要相应的实验环节。目前课程的实验环节存在实验题目和内容与教学环节结合不紧密、与工程实践结合不紧密的问题,学生很难掌握电路及版图设计方法,因此很难取得较好的教学效果。对“模拟集成电路”课程实验教学进行改革,以工程应用实践中应该掌握的全部技能为目标,采用项目化的实验教学方式,并在实验流程的多个步骤设置明确的考核内容。实践检验表明,该实验教学改革取得了良好的成效。 The teaching of Analog Integrated Circuit course needs not only solid theoretical knowledge, but also reasonable experiments. At present, there are some problems in the experiments of the course of Analog Integrated Circuit For example, the experiment topics and contents are not closely related with the theoretical teaching and engineering practice, so it is difficult for students to master the circuit and layout design method, and it is also difficult to achieve good results. To carry out experimental teaching reform research in Analog Integrated Circuit course, we should take all the skills that should be mastered in engineering application practice as the teaching goals, adopt project-based experimental teaching method, and set clear assessment content in the multiple steps of the experimental process. Finally, the practice result shows that the experimental teaching reform has achieved good results.
