摘要
为探讨PBL-EBM联合教学模式在肿瘤内科护理教学查房中应用的优缺点及应用前景,将2021年1月至6月肿瘤内科轮转的40名护理实习生作为观察组,采用PBL-EBM联合教学;将2020年7月至12月肿瘤内科轮转的40名护理实习生作为对照组,采用传统教学法。教学完成后采取考试和问卷调查的形式比较两组的教学效果、教学满意度。结果表明:采用观察组的教学模式,护理实习生的理论知识、提出问题能力、检索文献能力、实践操作能力、临床思维能力、人文关怀等方面得分均高于对照组;通过对两组教学方法的评价发现,PBL-EBM联合教学模式在肿瘤内科护理教学查房中的应用效果明显高于传统教学法。因此,PBL-EBM教学模式可满足肿瘤内科护理教学查房要求,教学效果显著,值得推广。
To explore the advantages and disadvantages of PBL-EBM combined teaching mode in the ward rounds of medical oncology nursing teaching and its application prospect,a total of 40 nursing interns rotating in the Medical Oncology Department from January to June of 2021 were selected as the observation group,and PBL-EBM combined teaching method was adopted.A total of 40 nursing interns rotating in the Medical Oncology Department from July to December of 2020 were selected as the control group,and traditional teaching method was adopted.After the completion of the teaching,the teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared in the form of examination and questionnaire survey.The results show that:by adopting the new teaching method,the observation group’s results in the scores of theoretical knowledge,the ability to ask questions,the ability to retrieve literature,the practical ability,and the ability of clinical thinking,and the ability of humanistic care were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Through the evaluation of the two groups’teaching methods,it is found that the PBL-EBM combined teaching mode has significantly better effect on ward rounds in medical oncology nursing teaching than the traditional teaching method.PBL-EBM teaching model can meet the requirements of medical oncology nursing teaching ward rounds,and the teaching effect is remarkable,which is worthy of popularization and application.
