师范院校中OBE理念下生本教学的产出分析

摘要 师范教育内涵式发展的核心是以学生为中心。根据师范类专业认证理念,指出师范类专业认证的持续改进就是从“目中无人”到“彻底为人”,并通过分析生本中心的产出结果,提出师范生教育内涵式发展要从宏观政策倾斜、中观教学模式改革、微观教学策略丰富三个方面入手,提高生本中心的执行力。通过比较是否以学生为中心的积极和消极行为源和行为产出,让生本教学实现可视化操作。 The key to connotative development of normal education is to adhere the student-centered concept,which is of special significance to the future teachers. According to the ideas of teacher education accreditation, the continuous improvement of teachers’ professional education is from the state of being defiant to the state to being an educated person. We analyze the outcome of student-centered education, and provide suggestions to improves the implementation of them by macro policy inclination, medium teaching mode reform and micro teaching strategy enrichment.
