现代有轨电车建设时序确定方法研究

许多城市往往是凭借经验规划建设现代有轨电车,针对目前有轨电车线路存在的乘客体验性差、未达到预期客流强度以及线路规划不合理等问题,本文提出了一种全新的有轨电车建设时序确定方法。首先对现代有轨电车在城市发展中的功能定位进行识别,不同的功能定位将影响有轨电车的建设时序;在此基础上研究了有轨电车的建设时序方案,通过分析有轨电车建设过程中的影响因素,提出了确定有轨电车建设时序方案的三大原则及制定方案的指导思想;最后通过建立基于加权灰色关联-理想解的现代有轨电车建设时序模型,对生成的备选方案集进行综合评价,从而确定最合理的有轨电车建设时序方案。
