摘要
本文从有桩和无桩相结合的公共自行车站点特性出发,介绍了西安城市公共自行车“有桩+无桩”站点调运体系,包括两级调度平台、两个调运节点、三种调度方式、四个调度类型等主要内容,并提出了进一步优化“有桩+无桩”站点调运体系的措施,包括引导用户参与调度、网络化细分调度单元、引入微调度模式等,以不断提升公共自行车的调运能力,使其从被动应急向主动引导服务转变,将公共自行车运营服务工作不断推向进步。
Starting from the characteristics of public bicycle stations with and without piles, this paper introduces the transportation system of "With piles + without piles" for public bicycle stations in Xi’an, it includes two-level dispatching platform, two dispatching nodes, three dispatching modes and four dispatching types. And it puts forward measures to further optimize the dispatching system of "With Piles + without-piles" station. Including guiding the users to participate in the dispatching, subdividing the dispatching units into networks, introducing the micro-dispatching mode, and so on, so as to constantly improve the dispatching ability of public bicycles, and make them change from passive emergency response to active guiding service, push the operation and service of public bicycle forward continuously.
