基于钢筋锈蚀的混凝土桥梁底板保护层应力分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文以福建某3×40m箱梁桥为依托工程,建立Ansys有限元模型,对底板纵向钢筋锈蚀后的保护层应力分布规律进行研究分析发现:钢筋锈蚀后,引起钢筋周围混凝土应力增大,首先造成钢筋周围混凝土开裂,然后保护层外侧也较早出现可见裂缝,且角区及存在相邻钢筋影响时钢筋周围混凝土应力受锈蚀影响更大,可能引起底板混凝土保护层整块或整体脱落,影响结构使用寿命。 Based on one 3×40m box girder bridge in Fujian,this paper uses Ansys to establish finite element models to study and analyze the stress distribution of the protection layer after the corrosion of the longitudinal reinforcement.And found that:the corrosion of reinforcement will cause the concrete stress around the reinforcement to increase and concrete cracking,then the outer side of the protective layer also appeared visible cracks earlier and the stress of the concrete around reinforcement is more affected by corrosion when the corner area and the adjacent reinforcement exist.This may cause the whole block or the whole concrete protective layer to fall off and affect the service life of the structure.
