摘要
在进行软弱地基及大角度跨越地方公路的大跨度连续梁支架现浇施工时,采用钢管立柱+贝雷梁与盘扣式支架组合的模板支架方案,大幅减少了地基处理的工程量,降低了对地方公路通行的干扰。施工实践表明,该支架体系是一种安全可靠性、工期保证性及经济可行性均较为突出的支架方案。本文就该支架体系的设计及施工控制要点进行了详细说明,以期对此类大跨度及困难施工条件下的连续梁现浇支架设计提供解决思路。
During the cast-in-situ construction of the large-span continuous beam support for the weak foundation and the large-angle spanning the local highway,the formwork support scheme combining the steel pipe column+Bailey beam and the buckle type support is used,which greatly reduces the amount of foundation treatment.Reduced disturbance to local road traffic.The construction practice shows that the support system is a kind of support scheme with outstanding safety,reliability,construction period guarantee and economic feasibility.In this paper,the design and construction control points of the support system are described in detail,in order to provide solutions for the design of continuous beam cast-in-place supports under such large-span and difficult construction conditions.
