摘要
半导体芯片作为电路元件的重要组成部分,与现有先进的半导体工艺技术之间保持着良好的兼容性。在进行版图设计期间,需要借助CAD系统软件(又被称为“计算机辅助设计软件”),完成对半导体芯片版图的科学设计,为了实现这一目标,现将CAD系统软件与半导体芯片设计进行充分结合。根据系统功能设计情况,完成对CAD子系统的科学设计;从参数化绘图、参数化标准件库的建立两个方面入手,完成对参数化标准件库的科学开发。将CAD系统软件应用于半导体芯片设计中,便于半导体芯片内部复杂结构借助标准件库的形式,实现安全存储和管理,提高产品设计的方便性和快捷性,降低设计成本。
As an important part of circuit components,semiconductor chip maintains good compatibility with the existing advanced semiconductor technology.During the layout design,it is necessary to complete the scientific design of semiconductor chip layout with the help of CAD system software(also known as“computer-aided design software”).In order to achieve this goal,CAD system software is fully combined with semiconductor chip design.Firstly,according to the system function design,complete the scientific design of CAD subsystem.Secondly,the scientific development of parametric standard parts library is completed from two aspects:parametric drawing and the establishment of parametric standard parts library.By applying CAD system software to semiconductor chip design,it is convenient for the complex internal structure of semiconductor chip to realize safe storage and management in the form of standard parts library,so as to improve the convenience and quickness of product design and reduce the design cost.
