By analyzing the practical application of outpatient operation monitoring system of hospital data platform,this paper finds that it can not only grasp the operation of outpatient service in time,but also find the potential problems in outpatient operation management in time,which is conducive to the optimization of outpatient process and improve the level of outpatient service,which is of great significance to outpatient operation management.
