This paper expounds the background,significance and advantage characteristics of the construction of mobile learning platform,points out the basic functions that mobile learning platform must have,puts forward the design strategy of mobile learning platform and implements the development of mobile learning platform,and constructs the development design method and structured platform design method based on the core content of mobile learning platform.
