摘要
论文以中国同辐为研究对象,介绍其以“回归管理的本质,回归考核的本位”为原则,以解决指标体系庞大、部分指标设置重复等问题为出发点,结合自身业态较多、市场化程度较高等情况,运用了KPI(关键绩效指标)及OKR(目标与关键成果)这两种绩效管理工具,搭建了KPI-OKR耦合联动的绩效管理体系。通过分析,该体系促使中国同辐上下聚焦战略、层层分解目标、全力推动重点工作,同时营造出“团队共进”“开放创新”“追求卓越”的企业文化与氛围。
This paper takes China Isotope&Radiation as the research object,introduces that based on the principle of"returning to the essence of management and the standard of assessment",taking solving the problems of huge index system and repeated setting of some indicators as the starting point,combined with the situation of more business formats and higher degree of marketization,it uses two performance management tools of KPI(key performance indicators)and OKR(objectives and key results),and establishes a KPI-OKR coupling and linkage performance management system.Through analysis,the system promotes China Isotope&Radiation to focus on strategy from top to bottom,decompose objectives at all levels,fully promote key work,and create an enterprise culture and atmosphere of"team progress together","openness and innovation"and"pursuit of excellence".
