浅析煤矿企业薪酬管理量化评价考核体系的建立与应用

摘要 科学完善的薪酬绩效考核体系是提升企业经营管理水平、完善激励机制、调动员工积极性、推动企业持续发展的必备条件。在传统的绩效考核过程中,利用奖金系数来评价工作量的多少、艰苦程度的高低以及个人综合业绩,所能发挥的激励约束作用并不显著,难以满足形势发展的需要。为此,企业需要健全薪酬管理考核评价机制,充分发挥考核激励的导向作用。基于此,论文探讨了薪酬管理量化评价考核体系的建立背景、运行保障机制和具体内容,对基于该体系的考核方法进行了分析,总结了实施成效,以供参考。 A scientific and perfect salary performance assessment system is a necessary condition to improve the operation management level of enterprises,improve the incentive mechanism,mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.In the traditional performance assessment process,using the bonus coefficient to evaluate the amount of workload,the level of hardship and personal comprehensive performance can not play a significant role in incentive and restraint,which is difficult to meet the needs of the development of the situation.Therefore,enterprises need to improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism for salary management and give full play to the guiding role of assessment and incentive.Based on this,the paper discusses the establishment background,operation guarantee mechanism and specific content of the quantitative evaluation and assessment system for salary management,analyzes the assessment methods based on this system,and summarizes the implementation results,for reference.
