建设工程项目总承包管理组织结构优化研究

Research on the Optimization of General Contracting Management Organization Structure of Construction Engineering Projects

当前,建筑业形势正在发生变化,建设工程项目呈现出总承包一体化、技术工艺复杂化和产业分工专业化等特点,客观上要求工程管理系统化、科学化和标准化。组织是管理当中最为基础的问题,欲提升总承包管理能力,必先解决总承包管理组织结构问题。论文以某总承包公司M为例,对工程项目总承包管理组织结构存在的问题进行了研究,通过深入挖掘系统组织思想等前沿理论,分析其与组织结构优化的结合点,提出了总承包管理组织结构的优化措施。

At present,the situation of building industry is changing.Construction engineering projects show the characteristics of integration of general contracting,complexity of technology and process and specialization of industrial division,which objectively requires systematic,scientific and standardized engineering management.Organization is the most basic problem in management.In order to improve the general contracting management ability,we must firstly solve the problem of general contracting management organization structure.Taking M General Contracting Company as an example,the paper studies the problems existing in the general contracting management organization structure of engineering projects.By digging deeper into the frontier theories such as system organization thought,this paper analyzes the point of combining it with the optimization of the organization structure,and proposes the optimization measures of the general contracting management organization structure.
