国有企业作为我国国民经济发展体系中的重要组成部分,对我国经济高质量发展转型具有深刻影响。深化国有企业改革是促进经济转型的途径之一,因此要不断优化国有企业治理结构,抓住混合所有制改革机遇,突破现有国有企业的发展局限,提高国有企业改革成效,进一步探索国有企业改革的有效出路。论文通过阐述公司治理结构对国有企业改革的影响,对公司治理结构下的国有企业改革成效进行分析,从而提出国有企业治理问题,并进一步提出国有企业改革的有效出路,以期为增强我国国有企业改革成效提供一定的参考。

As an important part of China's national economic development system,state-owned enterprises have a profound impact on the high quality development and transformation of China's economy.Deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises is one of the ways to promote economic transformation.Therefore,it is necessary to constantly optimize the governance structure of state-owned enterprises,seize the opportunity of mixed-ownership reform,break through the existing development limitations of state-owned enterprises,improve the effectiveness of state-owned enterprise reform,and further explore the effective way for state-owned enterprise reform.This paper expounds the impact of corporate governance structure on the reform of state-owned enterprises,analyzes the reform effect of state-owned enterprises under the corporate governance structure,and puts forward the governance problems of state-owned enterprises,and further puts forward the effective way to the reform of state-owned enterprises,so as to provide some reference for enhancing the reform effect of state-owned enterprises in China.
