渤海某平台生产分离器分液不均问题分析及改进措施

摘要 生产分离器一般多为三相分离器,它能将从井下产出的油气水三相混合物进行初步的分离,是油气水分离的核心设备。论文主要针对某中心处理平台两台生产分离器并联运行时,其两台生产分离器之间的液体分布不均的情况,通过利用某商业多相流软件,对从井口区管汇至生产分离器入口管汇处的管道内液体的流型进行模拟,利用模拟出的管道内的流型来分析两台生产分离器分液不均的原因,并给出合理的处理方法。 Production separators are generally three-phase separators,which can preliminarily separate the three-phase mixture of oil,gas and water produced from underground.It is the core equipment of oil,gas and water separation.In this paper,aiming at the uneven distribution of liquid between two production separators of a central processing platform when two production separators operate in parallel,the flow pattern of liquid in the pipeline from the wellhead manifold to the inlet manifold of production separator is simulated by using a commercial multiphase flow software.The reason of uneven liquid separation between the two production separators is analyzed by using the simulated flow pattern in the pipeline,and the reasonable treatment method is given.
