Evaluation Approach of Enterprises Performance for Used Car Export Considering Double-track Points System

二手车出口企业业绩考核方法对建立、健全二手车出口资质的准入与退出、考核与评价机制有重要价值。分析我国二手车出口企业考核的必要性,提出双轨积分制的考核思路,引入销售量与单车销售额两项考核指标,建立基于双轨积分制的二手车出口企业业绩考核方法。通过算例验证考核方法的合理性。结果表明:算例中5个企业总积分平均值为272.06,标准差为79.96,考核结果优秀与达标、达标与未达标的总积分界限分别为352.02、192.11,总积分最低的企业考核结果为不达标,符合实际设定规律,考核结果合理且分级效果明显,分级处置方法可有效规范二手车出口资质的准入与退出机制。考核方法可助力调动二手车出口企业积极性,完善出口产业链,提升业务竞争力。

Evaluation approach of enterprises performance for used car export is of great value to establish and improve the access and exit, evaluation and evaluation mechanism of used car export qualification. The present paper analyzes the necessity of the evaluation of used car export enterprises in China, proposes the evaluation idea of the double-track points system, introduces two evaluation indicators for sales volume and bicycle sales, and establishes evaluation approach of enterprises performance for used car export based on the doubletrack points system. The rationality of the evaluation approach is verified through calculation examples. The conclusion shows that the average value of the total points of the five enterprises in the calculation example was 272.06, and the standard deviation was 79.96. The total point limits for the evaluation results for excellent and up to standard, up to standard and not up to standard were 352.02 and 192.11 respectively. The evaluation result of the enterprise with the lowest total points was not up to standard. It conformed to the actual set rule.the evaluation results were reasonable and the grading effect was obvious. The graded disposal method can effectively regulate the access and exit mechanism of used car export qualifications. The evaluation approach can help mobilize the enthusiasm of used car export enterprises, improve the export industry chain, and enhance business competitiveness.
