多方协同城市应急物流体系建设的武汉实践

On the Multi-Party Coordinated Urban Emergency Logistics System Development of Wuhan City

本文基于武汉市交通强国建设试点背景,提出了多方协同城市应急物流体系建设框架思路。讨论了武汉市应急物流发展的总体要求、主要目标、建设方案等,对于其它城市建设应急物流体系具有参考价值。

This paper focus on the Wuhan’s framework of Multi-party coordination development of urban emergency logistics system, mainly including the construction thinking of emergency logistics platform,system and operational mechanism. Under the framework, we discussed the practice of Wuhan city, the development foundation, overall requirements, development orientation and specific construction scheme.Findings in this paper have some reference to the emergency logistics system in other cities of China.
