天津港铁路集疏运一体化发展研究

Integration Development of Collection and Distribution of Tianjin Port

随着“双一流”战略发展目标的提出,天津港在调整运输结构、推动海铁联运、构建智慧港口方面面临更高的发展挑战。本文以港口集疏运为切入点,通过深入研究港口集疏运现状,梳理发展天津港集疏运存在的问题;在港口定位、港口发展目标的指导下分析集疏运需求特征,从基础设施网络一体化、运输组织一体化和信息资源一体化三个角度出发研究规划港口集疏运一体化发展路径,制定相关的保障措施,为天津港完善港口集疏运体系、推动港口绿色智慧发展提供建议和助力。

With the proposal of the "double first-class" strategic development goal, Tianjin Port is facing greater development challenges in adjusting the transportation structure, promoting the rail-sea intermodal transportation and building a smart port. With the port collection and distribution as the cutting-in point,this paper insightfully studies the status quo of the collection and distribution of Tianjin Port and combs the problems in the development process. Under the guidance of port positioning and port development objectives, it analyzes the demand characteristics of port collection and distribution. Besides, it studies and plans the development path of port collection and distribution integration based on basic network integration,transportation organization integration and information resource integration, as well as formulates relevant safeguard measures. By doing so, it aims to provide suggestions and assistance for Tianjin Port to improve the port collection and distribution system and promote its green and smart development.
