摘要
贯彻落实中央打赢蓝天保卫战、调整运输结构的决策部署,针对唐山港矿石疏港铁路占比过低、公路占比过高带来的大气污染和扬尘等环境治理难题,以问题为导向,结合实地调研与系统分析,着眼于从港口装车至铁路运输至企业卸车的全过程,分析了装-运-卸系统的能力适应性,提出了矿石疏港铁路的总体规划方案。研究成果为铁路主管部门和地方政府制定唐山地区疏港矿石铁路实施方案提供了重要技术支撑,并在实践中取得了良好效益,也为国内其他港口矿石疏港铁路的规划提供参考。
In situation of green development and reducing environmental problems such as air pollution and dust caused by the low proportion of ore dredging railway and the high proportion of highway in Tangshan Port, the research, based on the problems-oriented and systematic method, focused on the whole logistics process of loading, transport, and unloading. It analyzed the adaptability of the whole system, put forward the overall planning plan of ore distributing railway. The research results provide important technical support for the railway authorities and local governments to formulate the implementation plan of Tangshan Port Ore railway, and helpful for the practice and reference for the planning of port ore railways in China as well.
