六味地黄汤联合参苓白术散治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction Combined with Shenling Baizhu Powder in Treating Chronic Renal Failure

目的:分析六味地黄汤联合参苓白术散治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床效果。方法:选取2020年2月-2021年2月南平市人民医院收治的84例慢性肾衰竭患者为本研究的观察对象,按照随机数字表法进行分组(对照组、研究组),每组42例。对照组采用常规的西医治疗,研究组采用六味地黄汤联合参苓白术散进行治疗。比较两组治疗前1 d和治疗1个月后的24 h尿蛋白、尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)水平及中医症候评分,比较两组治疗1个月后的临床治疗总有效率。结果:治疗1个月后,研究组的24 h尿蛋白、BUN、Scr水平及神疲乏力、气短懒言、咽干口苦的中医症候评分均低于对照组,临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄汤联合参苓白术散治疗慢性肾衰竭,能有效延缓患者的疾病进展,保护其残余的肾脏功能,对缓解神疲乏力、气短懒言、咽干口苦的临床症状效果较为明显,应用价值高,值得推荐。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with Shenling Baizhu Powder in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Method:A total of 84 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Nanping People’s Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the observation objects of the study.They were grouped according to the random number table method(the control group and the study group),with 42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with Shenling Baizhu Powder.The 24 hours urine protein,urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores in the two groups were compared 1 day before treatment and 1 month after treatment,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the two groups after one month of treatment was compared.Result:After 1 month of treatment,the 24 hours urine protein,BUN,Scr levels and TCM syndrome scores of fatigue,shortness of breath,lazy speech,dry throat with a bitter taste of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with Shenling Baizhu Powder in the treatment of chronic renal failure can effectively delay the patients’disease progression,protect the residual renal function,and relieve the clinical symptoms of fatigue,shortness of breath,lazy speech,and dry mouth with a bitter taste.The application value is high and it is worth recommending.
