Effect of Watson Care Theory on Elderly Patients with Metabolic Syndrome

目的:探讨Watson关怀理论应用于老年代谢综合征患者的效果。方法:选择2018年3月-2021年3月深圳市保健委员会办公室体检部老年代谢综合征患者60例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规护理干预)和观察组(对照组基础上应用Watson关怀理论),各30例。观察两组收缩压、生化指标、动态血压、心率变异性、健康调查简表评分。结果:干预后观察组收缩压、空腹血糖、三酰甘油水平低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组24 h平均血压低于对照组(P<0.05),心率变异性高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组生理职能、一般健康状况、社会功能、精神健康得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Watson关怀理论应用于老年代谢综合征患者,可改善血压及血糖、血脂水平,降低心脑血管发病风险,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of Watson care theory on elderly patients with metabolic syndrome.Method:From March 2018 to March 2021,60 elderly patients with metabolic syndrome in Physical Examination Department of Shenzhen Healthcare Committee Office were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing intervention)and observation group(Watson care theory on the basis of control group)according to random table method,with 30 cases in each group.The systolic blood pressure,biochemical indexes,ambulatory blood pressure,heart rate variability and health survey score of the two groups were observed.Result:After the intervention,the levels of systolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and triglyceride in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the 24 h mean blood pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the heart rate variability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of physiological function,general health status,social function and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of Watson care theory in elderly patients with metabolic syndrome can improve blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid levels,reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease,and improve the quality of life.
