盆底修复电刺激配合凯格尔运动对产后盆底功能障碍患者的影响

Effects of Pelvic Floor Repair Electrical Stimulation Combined with Kegel Exercise on Postpartum Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Patients

目的:探讨盆底肌肉电刺激联合凯格尔运动对产后盆底功能障碍患者的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月南方科技大学第三附属医院收治的60例产后盆底功能障碍患者进行研究,随机分为研究组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。对照组进行常规盆底修复,研究组在对照组基础上进行盆底肌肉电刺激联合凯格尔运动。比较两组干预后的总有效率、盆底肌力分级、生命质量及性生活质量评分。结果:研究组干预后的总有效率高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.110,P=0.043)。研究组干预后的盆底肌力分级优于对照组(Z=-7.151,P=0.000)。研究组干预后的生命质量、性生活质量评分高于对照组(t=5.848,P=0.000;t=10.555,P=0.000)。结论:盆底肌肉电刺激联合凯格尔运动可有效改善产妇产后盆底肌力,并能够提高产妇产后的生命质量和性生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of pelvic floor muscle electrical stimulation combined with Kegel exercise on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Method:A total of 60 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction who were admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Southern University of Science and Technology from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the study group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group performed conventional pelvic floor repair,and the study group performed pelvic floor muscle electrical stimulation combined with Kegel exercise on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,pelvic floor muscle strength classification,quality of life,and quality of sexual life scores after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group after intervention was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=4.110,P=0.043).The pelvic floor muscle strength classification of the study group after intervention was better than that of the control group(Z=-7.151,P=0.000).The quality of life and quality of sexual life scores of the study group after intervention were higher than those of the control group(t=5.848,P=0.000;t=10.555,P=0.000).Conclusion:Pelvic floor muscle electrical stimulation combined with Kegel exercise can effectively improve the postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength of the parturient,and can improve the quality of life and the quality of sexual life of the parturient.
