袋鼠式照护联合发展性照顾模式对早产儿智力发育、心理运动发育及生化水平的影响

Effects of Kangaroo Care Combined with Developmental Care Model on Intellectual Development,Psychomotor Development and Biochemical Level of Preterm Infants

目的:探讨袋鼠式照护联合发展性照顾模式对早产儿智力发育、心理运动发育及生化水平的影响。方法:选取2018年9月-2020年9月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的早产儿100例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法,分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用新生儿科常规护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上给予袋鼠式照护联合发展性照顾模式。比较两组早产儿智力及心理运动发育指数、生化水平指标和家属满意度。结果:干预15、30 d后,观察组智力和心理运动发育指数均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预30 d后观察组白蛋白、球蛋白水平高于对照组,丙氨酸氨基转移酶、直接胆红素及总胆固醇水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属总满意度为98.00%,较对照组的84.00%高(P<0.05)。结论:将袋鼠式照护联合发展性照顾模式应用于早产儿,有助于早产儿脑部神经系统发育,提高智力发育、心理运动发育指数,改善生化水平及营养状况,提高家属满意度。

Objective:To explore the effects of kangaroo care combined with developmental care model on the intellectual development,psychomotor development and biochemical level of preterm infants.Method:A total of 100 preterm infants treated in Women’s and Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing mode of neonatal pediatrics,and the observation group was given kangaroo care combined with developmental care model on the basis of the control group.The intelligence,psychomotor development index,biochemical level index and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The intelligence development index and psychomotor development index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 15 and 30 days of intervention(P<0.05).After 30 d of intervention,the levels of albumin and globulin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of alanine aminotransferase,direct bilirubin and total cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of family members in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 84.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of kangaroo care combined with developmental care model to preterm infants is helpful to the development of brain nervous system,improve intellectual development,psychomotor development index,biochemical level and nutritional status,and improve family satisfaction.
