格林模式对维持性血液透析患者的影响

Effect of Green Model on Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的:探讨格林模式对维持性血液透析患者的护理效果。方法:对于深圳市盐田区人民医院行维持性血液透析治疗的80例患者实施分析研究,所有患者均于2019年1月-2020年8月入院,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组应用常规健康教育模式,观察组实施格林模式。比较两组营养良好率、遵医行为、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果:护理后,观察组的营养良好率、总遵医行为、护理满意度均较对照组高,并发症发生率较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:格林模式对维持性血液透析患者的护理效果具有积极影响,不仅能够提升患者营养良好率及遵医行为评分,同时能够降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of Green model on maintenance hemodialysis patients.Method:A total of 80 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in Shenzhen Yantian District People’s Hospital were analyzed and studied.All patients were hospitalized from January 2019 to August 2020.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine health education mode,and the observation group was treated with Green mode.The good nutrition rate,compliance behavior,nursing satisfaction and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Result:After nursing,the rate of good nutrition,total compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Green model has a positive impact on the nursing effect of maintenance hemodialysis patients.It can not only improve the rate of good nutrition and the score of medical compliance behavior,but also reduce the incidence of complications.
