冰袋冷敷联合疼痛管理对膝关节置换术患者的影响

Effect of Ice Bag Cold Compress Combined with Pain Management on Patients Undergoing Knee Arthroplasty

目的:探讨冰袋冷敷联合疼痛管理对膝关节置换术患者的影响。方法:将2020年1月-2021年4月在佛山复星禅诚医院行膝关节置换术的70例患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组术后采取传统疼痛管理模式,观察组采取冰袋冷敷配合疼痛控制干预模式。观察两组干预前后的生活质量评分变化情况,术后24、48、72 h的膝关节肿胀评分和疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分的变化情况及护理满意度。结果:术后24、48、72 h,观察组的膝关节肿胀评分、VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冰袋冷敷联合疼痛管理对膝关节置换术患者术后疼痛及生活质量具有积极影响,同时还能够降低膝关节肿胀评分,提升满意度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of ice bag cold compress combined with pain management on patients undergoing knee arthroplasty.Method:A total of 70 patients who underwent knee arthroplasty in Foshan Fuxing Chancheng Hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were taken as the research objects,and divided into the observation group and the control group according random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group adopted the traditional pain management mode after operation,and the observation group adopted the ice bag cold compress combined with pain control intervention mode.The changes of quality of life scores before and after treatment,the changes of knee joint swelling scores and pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at 24,48 and 72 hours after operation and nursing satisfaction were observed between the two groups.Result:At 24,48 and 72 hours after operation,the knee joint swelling scores and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ice bag cold compress combined with pain management has a positive impact on pain and quality of life of patients undergoing knee arthroplasty.At the same time,it can also reduce knee swelling score and improve satisfaction.
