从瘀血论治糖尿病周围神经病变

Treat Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy from Blood Stasis

糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)作为糖尿病主要并发症之一,严重影响患者生活质量。现代医学认为其发病机制较为复杂,尚未明确,治疗效果不明显。而中医认为DPN属于“痹症”,瘀血贯穿于此病病程始终,因此活血化瘀治疗至关重要。临床上采用活血化瘀法治疗DPN后效果显著。笔者从瘀血致病及活血化瘀治疗在DPN中的应用加以简单总结,以便更好指导临床治疗。

As one of the major complications of diabetes,diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Modern medicine believes that its pathogenesis is complex,not yet clear,and the treatment effect is not obvious.However,traditional Chinese medicine believes that DPN belongs to“arthralgia syndrome”,and blood stasis runs through the course of this disease,so the treatment of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is very important.The effect of DPN treatment by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is remarkable in clinic.The author briefly summarizes the blood stasis pathogenesis and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the application of DPN treatment,so as to better guide clinical treatment.
