摘要
随着城市化进程加快,平原河网地区人水争地现象日益严重,水系格局与河网流态遭到破坏,城市地区洪涝灾害与水环境问题愈发突出。为定量分析水系连通效果,优化城市河网水系连通思路,以宜兴新城区为例,基于渐进优化思维设定4组方案;选用MIKE11构建区域水文水质模型,实现方案数值模拟;运用熵值法和层次分析法构建综合评价体系以定量分析方案效果,进而完善区域水系布局。结果表明,相较于现状水系,方案4对水系连通改善效果最佳,增幅9.31%;水系连通应秉持“占补平衡”理念,合理规划,拓宽或新开河道;审慎增设河道水工建筑物;构建水系环状结构。
The competition between people and water in the plain river network area is becoming more and more serious with the development of urbanization.The pattern of water systems and the flow pattern of river networks have been destroyed,and flood disasters and water environment problems in urban areas have become more and more prominent.In order to quantitatively analyze the effect of water system connection and optimize the idea of urban river network connection,taking New urban area of Yixing as an example,4 sets of water system connection plans were set based on the progressive optimization thinking.The MIKE11 was selected to build a regional hydrology-water quality coupling model to achieve numerical simulation of the plan.The entropy method and the analytic hierarchy process were used to construct a comprehensive evaluation system to quantitatively analyze the effect of the plan,and then improve the regional water system layout.Compared with the current water system,the results show that scheme 4 has the best effect on improving water system connectivity,with an increase of 9.31%;Water system connectivity should adhere to the concept of"occupation-compensation balance",rationally planning,widening or opening river channels,adding river hydraulic structures carefully,and building a ring structure of water systems.
