粘土改性及光催化降解有机废水的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 将具有光催化性能的粘土,用酸、碱、剥片方法分别对粘土进行改性。采用SEM、XRD、FT-IR对材料进行表征。考察对硝基苯酚初始浓度、投加量、pH、光照时间等影响因素对粘土光催化降解有机废水性能的影响。结果表明:原粘土经过850℃焙烧2 h,与4 mol/L的HCl按照8 mL/g的比例制成酸改性粘土,当对硝基苯酚浓度为10 mg/L,投放量为500 mg/L,pH值为5,光催化时间为60 min时,对硝基苯酚的光催化降解率可达86%,在本次实验中吸附和光催化效果分别占比约为41.5%和58.5%。 The clay with photocatalytic performance is modified by acid,alkali and peeling methods.The materials were characterized by SEM,XRD and FT-IR infrared spectroscopy.The effects of initial concentration dosage,pH and time of p-nitrophenol on the photocatalytic performance of wastewater were investigated.The results show that the original clay was calcined at 850℃ for 2 h,and mixed with 4 mol/L HCI to prepare acid-modified clay at a ratio of 8 mL/g.When the concentration of p-nitrophenol was 10 mg/L,the dosage was 500 mg/L,pH value was 5,the photocatalytic time was 60 min,the photocatalytic effect is the best,the degradation rate of p-nitrophenol can reach 86%。In this experiment,the adsorption and photocatalytic effects accounted for about 41.5%and 58.5%,respectively.
