水吉窑与遇林亭窑黑釉系瓷的化学组成及呈色研究 被引量:5

Comparative Study of Chemical Compositions and Color Generation of the Black Glaze Porcelain from Shuiji Kilns and Yulinting Kilns

摘要 为揭示水吉窑与遇林亭窑黑釉系瓷的特征及特点,分别采用X射线光谱仪、色度计、紫外可见光红外光谱仪,通过对比分析三个窑口瓷片胎和釉的化学组成、釉呈色。发现大路后门与芦花坪窑址出土的瓷片在釉化学组成与呈色特点上具有相似性,而遇林亭瓷釉虽水吉窑产品瓷釉呈色特点类似,但遇林亭产品在釉化学组成上与水吉瓷片有较大不同,较高含量的K_(2)O是区分三者的关键。在瓷胎中遇林亭产品SiO_(2)含量较高,而大路后门和芦花坪瓷胎中的Fe_(2)O_(3)含量最高。表明遇林亭窑的制瓷原料应来源于不同地点,这说明古代遇林亭窑工艺已经达到较高水平,能够使用不同的瓷釉料生产仿水吉产品的高品质黑釉系瓷。 In order to reveal the characteristic feature of the black-glazed porcelain in Shuiji kilns and Yulinting kilns,the chemical compositions and glaze color of the porcelain pieces in the three kilns were analyzed by using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,chromatic spectrometry and ultraviolet-visible-nearinfrared spectrophotometer.It was found that the porcelain pieces excavated from Daluhoumen and Luhuaping kilns are similar in glaze chemical compositions and color characteristics.Although products of Shuiji kilns have similar glaze color characteristics,the chemical composition of the glaze of Yulinting products is quite different from that of Shuiji porcelain.High content of K_(2)O is the key to distinguish the three.The content of K_(2)O in the glaze of Yulinting is higher,and the content of SiO_(2) in the body is higher,while the content of Fe_(2)O_(3) in the body of Daluhoumen and Luhuaping is the highest.This indicates that the raw materials of Yulinting kilns should come from different places,which indicates that the ancient Yulinting kilns technology has reached a higher level,and different raw material can be used to produce high quality black glazed porcelain imitating Shuiji products.
