肉鸡羽毛性状与毛囊大小的线性回归分析 被引量:1

摘要 研究旨在探讨活鸡羽毛性状与冰鲜鸡毛囊大小的相关性并构建回归方程,为适宜冰鲜鸡生产的品种(系)选育提供理论资料。试验以广东温氏南方家禽育种有限公司培育的清远麻鸡为对象,测定主翼羽长度(LFF)、主翼羽重量(WFF)、主翼羽羽根长度(LFFC)、主翼羽羽根直径(DFFC)、背羽长度(LCF)、背羽重量(WCF)、背羽羽根长度(LCFC)、背羽羽根直径(DCFC)、体重(BW)与毛囊大小(FFS)10个指标并进行相关性分析和全子集回归分析。结果显示:FFS除与LCFC相关不显著外(P>0.05),与其他性状均呈极显著相关(P<0.01),相关系数在0.216~0.439间;选择LFF、LFFC和DCFC这3个羽毛性状构建估计毛囊大小的回归模型为最优回归模型方程为FFS=-38.87+5.09LFF+16.21LFFC+50.64DCFC(P<2.2e-16)。研究表明,对肉鸡毛囊大小进行选择时,可利用LFF、LFFC和DCFC等羽毛指标对毛囊大小进行估计。 The experiment was conducted to construct regression equation between feather follicle size and feather traits, so as to provide an effective and direct method for chilled chicken breeding. The correlation analysis and full subset regression analysis of length of flight feather(LFF), weight of flight feather(WFF), length of flight feather calamus(LFFC), diameter of flight feather calamus(DFFC), length of contour feather on back(LCF), length of contour feather calamus on back(LCFC), diameter of contour feather calamus on back(DCFC), weight of contour feather on back(WCF), body weight(BW) and feather follicle size on back(FFS)were performed for Qingyuan partridge chickens from Guangdong wen′s southern poultry breeding company in this study. The results showed that except for LCFC, other feather traits were extremely significantly correlated with FFS(P<0.01), and the correlation coefficients ranged from 0.216 to 0.439;The optimal regression model was FFS=-38.87+5.09LFF+16.21LFFC+50.64DCFC(P<2.2e-16). In conclusion, the size of feather follicle could be estimated using feather indicators such as LFF, LFFC and DCFC.
